Why the live stream not working on my pc?
Make sure your pc are Adobe Flash Player installed, if not you might download here. But if your pc already Adobe Flash Player installed but still can not watch the live stream, try other channel where your can find in above the stream frame. (Channel 4 recommended – mostly working fine) or press CTRL+F5 to refresh the page.

Can I bypass the survey gateway filling form?
No, you can not. You must fill the FREE survey to continue to watch the live stream. And make sure you have a correct email to complete the survey. You will watch the live stream match properly after you COMPLETED the FREE survey.

Why during live stream there are ads pop-up on the screen?
Because you watch the game for free the ads pop-up on the screen, but don’t worry mostly the ads pops up at the first time you streams, you can click “hide” or “hide ads” to close the ads and the ads won’t appearing anymore.
